Track 1. Image Processing Techniques and Applications

Prof. Chang Yi
Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China
Biography: Chang Yi is a
Professor and Ph.D. advisor at the National Key
Laboratory of Multispectral Information Intelligent
Processing Technology, Huazhong University of Science
and Technology (HUST). He is a HUST Distinguished
Professor and a recipient of a national-level young
talent award. He received his Ph.D. from HUST and
conducted postdoctoral research at Peng Cheng
Laboratory. His research focuses on spaceborne optical
imaging and detection, and he serves as a Youth
Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Astronautics.
He has published more than 50 papers in leading journals
and conferences such as TPAMI, CVPR, ICCV, and Acta
Optica Sinica, and holds 23 granted national invention
patents. From 2023 to 2025, he was listed for three
consecutive years among the global top 2% scientists. He
has supervised students who have won four championships
in CVPR international image restoration competitions. He
has led multiple projects, including the National
Natural Science Foundation of China, the Equipment
Development Department, subprojects of the National Key
R&D Program, the Hubei Provincial Distinguished Young
Scientist Fund, and various collaborations with defense
institutes and industry partners.

Assoc. Prof. Kunqian Li
Ocean University of China, China
Biography: Dr. Li Kunqian is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the College of Engineering, Ocean University of China, and a recipient of the Distinguished Young Scholar Fund from the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province. He earned his Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2018. His current research focuses on visual perception applications in underwater environments, underwater operational robotics, and multimodal perception in maritime and port contexts. He has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Additionally, he has participated as the second-ranked contributor in a key national research and development program. Over the past five years, he has authored or co-authored more than ten SCI-indexed journal articles as first or corresponding author, published in leading journals such as IEEE TIP, TCSVT, TGRS, PR, and TIM. Since 2022, his published works have accumulated over 1,000 citations according to Google Scholar.
Track 2. Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition

Prof. Chen Zhi
Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China
Biography: Chen Zhi is now a
full professor in Southwestern University of Finance and
Economics, Chengdu, China. He received his B.S. degree
and Ph.D degree in computer science and technology from
Sichuan University, China, in 2010 and 2017,
respectively. He joined the Southwestern University of
Finance and Economics in 2018.
His main research interests are in the area of multiple
classifier system, pattern recognition, visual
generation, long-tailed learning. He has published more
than 10 peer-reviewed articles on journal like TPAMI,
TKDE, and TNNLS. Professor Chen is also a reviewer or
invited editor of more than 10 international academic
journals, including IEEE Transactions on Pattern
Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on
Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on
Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and so on.

Prof. Dongkai Wang
Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China
Biography: Dongkai Wang received the Ph.D. degree from Peking University and B.E. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is currently a professor at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has authored or co-authored over 10+ papers in journals and conferences including IEEE Trans. on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (T PAMI), International Journal on Computer Vision (IJCV), CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ACM Multimedia, etc. His research interests focus on building human aware AI systems that can perceive and understand human beings, including Human Pose and Shape Estimation and Person Re-identification. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Awards from the School of Computer Science, Peking University, and is a member of CCF/CSIG Technical Committee on Multimedia.

Assoc. Prof. Haixia Bi
Xi’an Jiaotong University, China
Haixia Bi, Associate Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor with
the School of Information and Communications
Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China.
She received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and
technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China,
in 2018. She was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with
the University of Derby, Derby, U.K., from 2018 to 2019,
and the University of Bristol, Bristol, U.K., from 2019
to 2021.
Her research interests include remote sensing image
classification and multi-modality image fusion. She has
published more than 40 papers in top journals and
conferences in the field of remote sensing such as IEEE
TIP, IEEE TGRS, IGARSS etc, and 2 papers have been
selected as ESI highly cited papers.
She has been active reviewers for many authoritative
academic journals, such as IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE
TGRS, information fusion etc. She was the recipient of
the Best Reviewer Award of the IEEE Geoscience and
Remote Sensing Letters in 2019 and 2021. She serves as a
guest editor of Remote Sensing special issue. She served
as session chairs in IEEE NTCI 2023 and IGARSS 2024.

Assoc. Prof. Songlin Du
Southeast University, China
Du Songlin is an Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at Southeast University, and a Senior Member of IEEE. He has published more than 80 papers in academic journals and conferences such as IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TMM, IEEE TII, IEEE TASE, IEEE TITS, Pattern Recognition, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, and AAAI. He is the author of the English monograph Human Pose Analysis published by Springer Nature. He serves as a committee member of the Machine Vision Technical Committee, the Visual Big Data Technical Committee, and the Multimedia Technical Committee of the China Society of Image and Graphics, as well as a committee member of the Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligence Technical Committee and the Robotics Technical Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He is also the Secretary-General of the Academic Working Committee of the Jiangsu Association of Automation.

Assoc. Prof. Ren Pu
Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, China
Biography: Dr. Ren Pu,
Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor, currently
serves as faculty in the Art and Technology program at
Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication. She is a
member of the China Society of Image and Graphics and
the Chinese Society of Arts and Crafts. She earned her
Ph.D. from the School of Artificial Intelligence,
Beijing Normal University, with research expertise in
Computer Graphics, Virtual Reality, and Digital
Preservation of Cultural Heritage.
Dr. Ren has presided over one project from the Beijing
Natural Science Foundation and participated in key
initiatives including the National Key R&D Program,
National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing
Science and Technology Support Program, Beijing Social
Science Foundation, and Beijing Arts Foundation. She has
published more than 30 papers indexed in SCI/EI
journals.

Assoc. Prof. Sen Xiang
Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China
Biography: Sen Xiang received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan, China, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, from September 2013 to August 2014. He joined the School of Electric Information, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, in 2016, where he was an Associate Professor. He was selected as Chutian Scholar, in 2017. His research interests include machine learning, image processing, computer vision and related areas. He has been a Reviewer of over ten prestigious international journals from the IEEE, IET, and other associations.
Track 5. Human-Computer Interaction and Interface Design

Prof. Zhenzhen Hu
Hefei University of Technology, China
Biography: Dr. Zhenzhen Hu is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Hefei University of Technology. Her main research areas include multimedia computing, computer vision, and image processing. She has published over 60 papers in top international journals and conferences and holds five authorized national invention patents. Dr. Hu has chaired one General Program and one Youth Program funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and has participated as a key member in one NSFC Key Program. She received the Second Prize of the Natural Science Award from the CSIG in 2023. Dr. Hu serves as an editorial board member for IEEE Transactions on Multimedia and is a committee member of the Women in Science and Technology Committee, the Multimedia Committee, and the Affective Computing Committee of the China Society of Image and Graphics.

Prof. Sirui Zhao
University of Science and Technology of China, China
Biography: Sirui Zhao is a
postdoctoral researcher at the University of Science and
Technology of China (USTC), also a researcher at the
State Key Laboratory of Cognitive Intelligence,
recognized as a USTC Mozi Distinguished Young Scholar
and an ACF Excellent Young Scientist. He serves as the
Secretary-General of the Affective Computing Committee
of the Anhui Artificial Intelligence Association and
holds membership in related committees of the Chinese
Information Processing Society of China and the China
Society of Image and Graphics. His research centers on
affective computing, multimodal understanding, and
human-computer interaction.
He has published over 40 papers in leading journals and
conferences including NSR, IEEE TAFFC/TMM, ACM MM, and
CVPR, with more than 20 as first or corresponding
author, accumulating over 4,600 citations (H-index: 17).
He holds 13 invention patents and has won 12 prestigious
awards, such as the Best Student Paper at KDD 2024, and
1st place in the ACM MM 2025 Multimodal
Personality-Aware Depression Detection Challenge. He has
led research projects including the National Natural
Science Foundation Youth Program. He also serves as an
Associate Editor for Electronics and Frontiers
in Big Data,
and frequently reviews for conferences and journals such
as AAAI, CVPR, and IEEE TAFFC/TMM/TMC.
Track 6. Remote Sensing and Geospatial Image Processing

Prof. Wen Xiao
China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China
Biography: Wen Xiao is currently a Professor at China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China. Prior to that, he joined Newcastle University, UK, as a Lecturer in Laser Scanning and Photogrammetric Computer Vision in the Geospatial Engineering group of School of Engineering in 2016. His research interests lie in the integration of artificial intelligence, computer vision and robotics with photogrammetry, laser scanning and remote sensing, applied to digital twins, intelligent transportation, and smart cities, focusing on building and transport systems monitoring, change detection and dynamics monitoring from various sensing platforms, e.g. in situ and mobile (incl. UAVs) laser scanning and imaging systems . He is PI of an intelligent roadside sensing project and a 3D dynamics sensing project funded by NSFC, Co-I of three projects funded by NERC UK and two key R&D projects funded by MOST China.

Prof. Shou Feng
Harbin Engineering University, China

Assoc. Prof. Mengmeng Zhang
Beijing Institute of Technology, China
Biography: Mengmeng Zhang is
an Associate Researcher and Master's Supervisor at the
School of Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute
of Technology. She is a recipient of the Postdoctoral
Innovative Talent Support Program and the Beijing
Association for Science and Technology Young Talent
Support Project. She also serves as a committee member
of the Remote Sensing Image Professional Committee of
the China Society of Image and Graphics. Her primary
research focuses on hyperspectral image analysis and
multi-source remote sensing image interpretation.
Her accolades include the China Electronics Society
Natural Science First Prize, the Outstanding Innovation
Achievement Award of the Postdoctoral Innovative Talent
Support Program, the Shandong Natural Resources Science
and Technology Progress Second Prize, the China
Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology Second
Prize, and the Outstanding Presentation Award at the 6th
National Symposium on Hyperspectral Earth Observation.
She has led multiple research projects, including the
National Natural Science Foundation General Program, the
National Natural Science Foundation Youth Program, the
Beijing Natural Science Foundation General Program, key
project topics under the Science and Technology
Commission, open projects of national key laboratories,
and the Postdoctoral Science Foundation Program. Under
her guidance, students have achieved top honors in
competitions such as the Champion in the Sea Ice
Segmentation Track of the China Geospatial Image Remote
Sensing Interpretation Competition, the First Prize in
the Population Health Shared Cup Competition, and the
Champion in the AIRS Mars Mineral Hyperspectral
Classification Challenge.

Assoc. Prof. Yue Zhang
Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China
Biography: Yue Zhang, Associate Professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, has long been engaged in algorithm research and project implementation in intelligent image and video interpretation. He has published over 40 academic papers, with more than 3,000 citations on Google Scholar. He serves as an Associate Editor for the SCI journal IET Image Processing and as a Guest Editorial Board Member for IEEE J-STARS.

Assoc. Prof. Liming Zhai
Central China Normal University, China
Biography: Liming Zhai is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at Central China Normal University. He received his Ph.D. in Information Security from Wuhan University in 2020, and conducted postdoctoral research at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 2021 to 2023. He joined Central China Normal University in 2023 and also serves as a visiting faculty member at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law since 2024. His research focuses on AI security and multimedia security, with over 30 academic publications and more than 10 authorized patents in China, the US, and Europe. He is a recipient of the High-Level Talent Support Program of Hubei Province, a member of IEEE, ACM, and CCF, and serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Cybersecurity and a Committee Member of the CSIG Technical Committee on Digital Media Forensics and Security. He has also co-chaired the conferences ISPEC 2024, NSS 2025, and SocialSec 2025.

Dr. Tao Zhang

Biography: Tao Zhang received
the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing

Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2018.
He is currently a senior engineer with the State Key

Applications, Space Star Technology Company Ltd.,
Beijing, China. His research interests focus on signal
and image processing and analysis.

Asst. Prof. Mingdao Wang
Tsinghua University, China
Biography: Mingdao Wang is an Assistant Researcher at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on human action recognition, 3D scene understanding and generation, and 3D reconstruction. He has published multiple papers in leading journals and conferences such as TMM, PR, and CVPR.
