    Prof. Zhenbing Zhao
    North China Electric Power University, China

     

     

     

    Zhenbing Zhao, born in Suqian, Jiangsu, is a professor and doctoral supervisor at North China Electric Power University. He is also the deputy director of the Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Computing of Complex Energy Systems under the Ministry of Education. He is an outstanding member of CCF and a representative of the 13th membership; Editorial board member of Journal of Intelligent Systems; Vice Secretary General of CES Energy Intelligence Committee, Member of Artificial Intelligence and Electrical Applications Committee, Chairman of CCF YOCSEF Baoding 2021-2022, Executive Committee Member of Computer Vision Committee, Executive Committee Member of Computer Applications Committee, Member of Standards Working Committee, Member of CSIG Visual Big Data Committee, Member of Imaging Detection and Perception Committee, Member of Traffic Video Committee, and Member of CAAI Smart Energy Committee. He has long been engaged in research on artificial intelligence technology in the field of electric power. He has won three first prizes of provincial science and technology awards; Published 2 monographs; Published over 100 papers; Undertook over 20 projects (topics); Obtained 18 patent authorizations.



     

    Assoc. Prof. Ye Yu
    Hefei University of Technology, China

     

     

     

    Ye Yu is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering/ School of Artificial Intelligence, Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), Hefei, China. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science and Technology from HFUT in May 2010. In June 2010, she joined HFUT. She was a Visiting Scholar with the University of North Texas, and the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is an IEEE senior member, a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and the China Society of Image and Graphics (CSIG). She has published more than 60 research papers, and has obtained more than 20 national invention patents and 2 national utility model patents. She participated in the "Research on Key Technologies of Intelligent Identification and Correlation Comparison of Operating Vehicles and Drivers" and won the first prize of Anhui Provincial Transportation Science and Technology Progress Award; She won the titles of challenges such as ECCV 2022, CVPR2021 and ICME2020, CCF-CV service contribution award in 2020, special prize for college teaching and excellent class teacher. Her research interests include computer vision, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.



     

    Dr. Jun Yi
    Huanggang Normal University, China

     

     

     

    Jun Yi is currently a lecturer at Huanggang Normal University, Hubei, China. Previously he worked at Hefei University of Technology, Anhui. He obtained the Master's degree in Communication and Information System at Hefei University of Technology in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at Georgia State University, United States, in 2023. His research focuses on Deep Learning, Computer Vision and 3D Reconstruction. He has published his work in prestigious conferences and journals such as ACM Multimedia (ACM MM) and Neural Networks. He continues to explore innovative approaches in computer vision and multimedia analysis, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical advancements and real-world implementations.
